Last year, a colleague asked me if there was an organization of POW Museums so he could get some input on organizing his collection as he split it off from a larger museum into a separate building. Unfortunately, there is no such network and all of the POW museums I have found worked independently, not knowing about other such local museums. This is my response, a listing of the Military and POW collections and Museums I've found in the course of my research with contact information so they can better network to share ideas about each of their museums and collections.
