This list of Prisoner of War Camps, Italian Service Unit Camps, and Prisoner of War Hospitals is based on weekly reports located on NARA microfilm #66-538 (population lists June 1942-June 1946). Additional locations based on newspapers, interviews, and other NARA records (at College Park and Regional Archives).

•Adair (Camp Henry R.), Corvallis, Benton and Linn Counties, OR (base camp, formerly a branch camp under Hill Field, UT)
•Athena, Umatilla County, OR (branch camp under White, OR)
•Bend, Deschutes County, OR (branch camp under Rupert, ID)
•Independence, Polk and Marion Counties, OR (branch camp under Rupert, ID)
•Nyssa, Malheur County, OR (branch camp under Rupert, ID)
•Pendleton, Umatilla County, OR (branch camp under Lewis, WA)
•Salem, Polk and Marion Counties, OR (branch camp under Rupert, ID)
•Squaw Creek, Scotland County, OR (branch camp under Lewis, WA)
•Stanfield, Umatilla County, OR (branch camp under White, OR)
•Umatilla, Umatilla County, OR (now Army Depot)
•Vale, Malheur County, OR (branch camp under Rupert, ID)

Enemy alien internment camps:
•Portland, Multnomah, Washington and Clackamas Counties, OR (assembly center) (Japanese)

Cemeteries:
•Camp White, OR (2 German burials transferred to Vancouver Barracks Post Cemetery, WA)
